How to Order
All products can be ordered on-line. Just select the product you want and follow the instructions on the product page to place your order. If you are unsure about what to order check this handy REFERENCE GUIDE.
All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. A Tax Invoice will provided with your order on delivery.
Orders for non customised products are ready for despatch within 1 working day. Orders for customised products are ready for despatch between 2 to 4 working days depending on the type of product and the level of customisation. Once despatched, you will need to allow the time in the mail from Sydney to your location. Normal Parcel Post deliveries take between 2 to 6 working days depending on the distance. Express Post deliveries will take 1 working day if your location is within the Express Post network. Express Post deliveries to locations outside of the Express Post network will take longer, but will be faster than the normal Parcel Post delivery time frame.
All orders are delivered Australia-wide by Australia Post. You can choose the regular Parcel Post service or Express Post. Our delivery charges are:
Parcel Post: A flat rate of $7.50 is charged for orders that are less than $70.00. For orders $70.00 and over delivery is free of charge.
Express Post: A flat rate of $12.00 is charged for orders that are less than $70.00. For orders $70.00 and over you pay only the Express Post surcharge of $4.50.
You also have the option of collecting your order from our shop at a pre-arranged time.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Direct Bank deposits. All credit card payments are processed through eWAY, a safe and trusted payment gateway.
Direct Bank Deposits can be made to: BSB: 062-111, Account: 2805-5553, Account Name: Jemac Rubber Stamps.
If you are ordering off-line you will be supplied with the payment options when you place the order.
When you place an order on-line, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check the details carefully and email us immediately if there are any errors or discrepancies or if you do not receive the order confirmation by the next working day.
Off-Line Orders and/or Quotations
If you prefer to place your order off-line you are most welcome to do so. You can print out a manual order/quote form and send it to us by email, fax or mail. If you are unable to scan the form, just send the relevant details by email. Click this link to download the OFF-LINE ORDER/QUOTE FORM.
Our workshop is not normally open to the public but if you would like to call in to discuss your order requirements, please phone beforehand to arrange a suitable time.
Using Your Own Artwork
When you order online you can upload your own artwork to be incorporated into your stamp. If you are ordering off-line, you can email your file or mail a printed copy. Artwork should be black and white (no colours or shades of grey). The image resolution should be a minimum of 300dpi. Acceptable files types are: PDF, AI, EPS, BMP, GIF, JPEG, JPG, PNG and TIF. If you are sending a vector file (e.g. AI or EPS) file, please convert any fonts to curves. If you are unsure about the suitability of your artwork file, you can email it to us for review before you place your order.
We can offer discounts for particularly large orders. Please let us know your requirements and we will be happy to submit a quote.
We take pride in our workmanship and the quality of our products. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the cost or provide a replacement at no extra charge. Claims should be made within 7 days after you receive your goods.
We at Jemac Rubber Stamps respect your right to privacy. We collect only the information from you that is necessary to provide you with the customer service that you expect. This information includes your name, address, contact number(s) and information about the products you have ordered. All information you supply is kept confidential and secure. We do not provide your personal information to third parties. If you have any concerns or complaints about our privacy practices, please notify us at email@example.com
Creating a log-in account is not required to place an order. However, you do have the option to create an account if you wish to view your order history, check delivery status and make future purchases without having to type your address each time.
